Surprise! North Clackamas County has a lavender farm! Come and enjoy our u-cut lavender fields in eight varieties, including our garden area with culinary lavender. With views of Mt. Hood and Larch Mountain to the east and the foothills of the Cascades to the north, Starr Lavender and Alpaca Farm is a peaceful break from the busy city life.

Our farm’s Suri and Huacaya alpacas produce beautiful fleece that is processed into yarn in natural colors. Just 5 miles off Hwy 26, Starr Lavender and Alpaca Farm is a stop on the Sandy Area Farm Loop. We also participate in National Alpaca Farms Days, the last weekend of September.

Celebrate the Oregon Lavender Festival with us! Food, music, lavender products, and hand feeding our eco-friendly alpacas will make your visit to our farm memorable. Farm fresh eggs from Happy Hens are also available year round. We are open for visits April through September. Group Tours available, please call for appointment.
